Quick Weightloss W/ Eggs!
As we all know, diet has a huge part to play in losing weight. The problem is that most people don’t know WHAT to eat. What we want to do is focus on cutting back calories. A huge debate in recent time has been about normal whole eggs vs. egg whites, and which is healthier option for us. The key is to look at what the goal is as far as what we are defining as healthy. For most people, “healthy” means needing to lose weight! This is because it is “healthier” for their joints, for their arteries, and for their overall well being.
Egg whites serve the purpose of aiding in body composition! This is because egg whites are lower in calories than whole eggs. Egg whites are also mostly protein, so they do a great job of making you feel FULL, which we all know is a huge struggle when it comes to losing weight. It is so easy to eat a good amount of food, still feel hungry, and end up back in the same old cycle you have been fighting to get out of. The secret here is satiety! We feel more full from proteins as opposed to other food sources generally speaking.
